📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities • Develop individualized treatment plans • Provide hands-on therapy to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence • Implement therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and environmental modifications • Educate patients and families on condition management and maximizing independence and quality of life • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely • Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practice • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in patients' homes

🎯 Requirements

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida • Minimum of 6 months experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab • Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills • Strong work ethic and reliability • Commitment to providing quality care • Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes
