📋 Description

• Serve as Lead Program Analyst when assigned • Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs • Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to measure program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity • Establish study methods and techniques and evaluate complex program operations • Participate in stakeholder, staff, and project meetings to turn project activities into actionable solutions across business units and initiatives • Assess and respond to complex, time-sensitive issues • Review business requirements and documentation to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency across the enterprise/command • Develop queries, analyses, and reports for operations or management staff • Provide guidance or technical supervision to less experienced staff • Develop executive briefings • Support business development activities, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing, and proposal color reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, or high school diploma and 13 years of experience • Business development experience/support, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing support, and proposal color reviews as required • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Able to lift up to 10–15 pounds at a time • Able to travel less than 10%
