📋 Description
• Perform sample collection including throat and nasopharyngeal swabs from healthy volunteers • Prepare sample-collection kits for self-collected samples by sample donors • Send recruitment/scheduling emails to potential study participants • Pickup and drop off new and used kits from designated spots • Reconcile used kits with collection logs for proper documentation • Add notes to collection logs based on findings • Communicate with subjects for documentation corrections • De-identify samples and store them as required • Input data from collection activities into ASCP electronic database • Track and file relevant documents for records in study binders
🎯 Requirements
• Current California State licensure for LPN or LVN • Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience • Phlebotomy experience considered a plus
