📋 Description

• Educate and consult with individual health insurance consumers about available coverage options • Assist customers through the insurance enrollment process • Deliver proactive follow-up and ongoing customer support • Build relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders, including employees, client decision makers, insurance carriers, and brokers • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and CRM platforms • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience • Use customer interactions and feedback to support retention strategies and continuous improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Health insurance industry experience in employee benefits and/or personal insurance strongly preferred • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred • Current Life & Health insurance license, or ability to obtain one within a short timeframe • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional listening ability • High accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and customer interactions • Strong technical aptitude and comfort using CRM systems and other technology platforms • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive • Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders • Passion for helping customers achieve the best possible outcomes • Ability to work full-time • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship
