📋 Description

• Support the Operations team with customer service and administrative tasks related to consumer inquiries and regulated reporting processes. • Enter, update, and maintain customer information in Salesforce and other internal systems. • Provide professional support to consumers by phone and email. • Answer consumer questions and route issues appropriately. • Learn IntelliScript procedures and applicable Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines. • Assist with documentation, tracking, follow-up activities, and other operational tasks. • Collaborate with partners across IT, Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Product. • Help ensure consumers receive timely, accurate service and internal operations run smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university. • High school diploma or GED required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Organized, dependable, and willing to learn. • Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues and present solutions. • Commitment to resolving customer needs and delivering a high-quality experience. • Clear, professional communication across phone, email, video, and in-person interactions. • Ability to balance detailed processes with recognizing trends and solving problems. • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks. • Excellent organization and multitasking skills. • Experience using Salesforce to locate and record information is preferred in the wish list. • Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred in the wish list. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman.
