📋 Description

• Support the pharmacy group in helping clients navigate the complex healthcare industry • Provide data-driven solutions to improve or lower the cost of care • Review pharmacy claims data • Input data elements into clinical and financial forecasting models • Engage with internal colleagues for support, learning, and mentorship • Learn about qualitative and financial evaluations of PBM contracts, including pricing and fee schedules • Assist with developing models for detailed analyses of pharmacy data, claims, and eligibility data • Acquire, standardize, and merge data sets to produce summarized reports • Observe and contribute to drafting proposals, presentations, exhibits, RFPs, and reports • Observe consulting activities including pricing, reserving, financial projections, model development, forecasting, and mergers and acquisitions • Contribute to technical work, including analysis of pharmacy financial data

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in math, finance, pharmacy, computer science, economics, statistics, or a related major with quantitative coursework • Recent graduates will also be considered • Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare claims preferred • Familiarity with pharmacy reimbursement in the United States • Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from September to December 2026 • Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Previous internship or relevant work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach • Ability to complete project deliverables, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with quality procedures • Strong time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Demonstrated integrity • Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship
