• Lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects of high complexity within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefit targets • Guide projects through intake, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, adoption, and closure • Develop project charters defining objectives, scope, deliverables, governance, decision rights, success measures, assumptions, and constraints • Create and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, dependency maps, and milestone forecasts • Establish governance and apply waterfall, hybrid, systems development lifecycle, agile, or scrum practices as appropriate • Facilitate requirements gathering and maintain business requirements, use cases, gap analyses, design documentation, communication plans, test plans, implementation plans, and transition materials • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and changes; take corrective action and escalate when outcomes are at risk • Prepare status reports and executive updates covering progress, financials, risks, decisions, and required actions • Build and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting with sponsors and financial stakeholders • Partner with functional leaders to secure resources, resolve capacity constraints and competing priorities, and maintain delivery commitments • Develop communication, engagement, training, adoption, and reinforcement strategies with sponsors and change leaders • Ensure operational readiness and transition to business and technology owners, including support models, knowledge transfer, documentation, and training • Support requests for proposal, vendor evaluation, selection, contracting, and delivery oversight • Clarify roles and responsibilities, facilitate decisions, resolve conflict, and drive accountability without direct authority • Advise on project strategy, roadmaps, governance, and measurable business value • Serve as a project management subject matter expert and trusted advisor • Mentor and coach less-experienced project managers • Contribute to the Project Management Community of Practice • Recommend improvements to PMO standards, templates, methods, tools, and governance
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • At least seven years of progressive project management experience • Demonstrated success leading increasingly complex, cross-functional projects • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, governance practices, and the end-to-end project lifecycle • Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, changes, vendors, and executive stakeholders • Proficiency with common project management tools, templates, reporting practices, and collaboration platforms • Strong written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and personal accountability • Strategic thinking with disciplined execution • Influence and leadership without direct authority • Consultative stakeholder partnership and relationship building • Sound judgment in ambiguous, rapidly changing situations • Collaborative conflict resolution and empathetic listening • Continuous improvement, curiosity, and openness to constructive feedback • Adaptability in tailoring delivery methods to the initiative and organizational context • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future
