📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of permit-related projects • Serve as the primary communication hub for all assigned projects • Provide proactive status updates to the Manager and clients • Escalate issues before they become delays • Serve as a direct point of contact for clients • Maintain detailed project records and provide structured status updates • Coordinate and communicate with clients, plans examiners, and internal teams • Oversee deliverables including entitlements, timelines, and risk tracking • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project quality standards • Prepare reports, documentation, and milestone updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in permitting and / or entitlements in the Mid-Atlantic region • Strong, proactive communication skills - both written and verbal • Strong initiative and a genuine desire to learn • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across internal departments • Proven experience collaborating with internal and external project teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
