📋 Description

• Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs • Help clinicians deliver high-quality care to every client • Review and approve clinician audits and reports, with preparation handled by the team • Lead periodic case reviews over video • Exchange insights on complex cases • Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve client outcomes • Uphold world-class clinical protocols and elevate clinicians through mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing • Experience/excellence in telehealth • Ability to attend scheduled meetings on time and remain responsive between touchpoints • Highly collaborative partnership mindset • Passionate belief in psychedelic therapy
