📋 Description

• Partner with marketing and product teams to diagnose business challenges and define data metrics, analyses, and interpretations • Lead the creation, monitoring, and iterative improvement of statistical models for marketing spend optimization and product growth • Design narratives and data visualizations for broad, non-technical audiences • Independently prototype and test new insights from hypothesis through rigorous validation • Evaluate modeling approaches and select combinations suited to specific marketing contexts • Develop predictive models and performance reporting frameworks for investment decisions • Travel 0%-15% according to project, client, and organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Good English communication skills to interact with foreign teams • Senior-level individual contributor experience with significant independence leading complex data science initiatives • Ability to build compelling narratives from raw data • Ability to influence product and marketing strategy through data-backed evidence • Expert proficiency in Python or R • Experience with libraries such as CausalImpact and RStan • Advanced SQL skills • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Familiarity or experience with Databricks and Snowflake environments (nice to have)
