• Provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy • Deliver evidence-based individual and group teletherapy using CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care • Administer validated clinical assessments during monthly review periods to measure acuity and track progress • Dynamically adjust treatment plans and engagement frequency based on member readiness and clinical need • Coordinate medical, behavioral, and Health-Related Social Needs care within an integrated care team • Conduct real-time risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization for high-acuity events • Complete detailed clinical documentation in DAP format within 24 hours of services, in accordance with Medicaid standards • Use video, secure messaging, and digital wellness content for member engagement and outreach • Participate in clinical team huddles, maintain population registry data, and track panel metrics • Partner with family members, caregivers, and community-based organizations • Deliver culturally competent, measurement-based behavioral health care • Administer screenings including M3, PHQ-9, and GAD-7, and triage intake referrals • Educate clients about resources and community programs and refer them to other services when indicated • Develop, manage, and update treatment plans • Maintain confidential patient records, reports, paperwork, diagnostic records, clinical notes, and EMR documentation • Submit professional service charges daily • Provide clinically appropriate coverage for absent colleagues • Mentor and assist incoming therapists when applicable
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another applicable behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university • Current Nevada Department of Health (NV DOH) independent behavioral health license • Eligible license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) • Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field • Experience with severe mental illness • Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, mental health, substance use disorders, interpersonal violence, and social issues • Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred • Ability to provide case/care management in routine and crisis situations • Ability to train, develop, and coach team members • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others • Ability to identify needs and take independent action to implement change • Ability to plan, organize, manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
