• Provide high-quality individual and group teletherapy to members with Serious Mental Illness and co-occurring conditions • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and triage intake referrals • Use evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care • Administer validated clinical assessments during monthly review periods • Track acuity and progress, and adjust treatment plans and engagement frequency • Serve as clinical lead alongside a Behavioral Health Support Specialist • Coordinate medical, behavioral, and Health-Related Social Needs care across treatment settings • Conduct real-time risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization • Complete detailed DAP-format clinical documentation within 24 hours of services • Provide persistent, high-frequency outreach using video, secure messaging, and digital wellness content • Participate in clinical team huddles, maintain population registry data, and track panel metrics • Engage family members, caregivers, and community-based organizations • Develop, manage, and update treatment plans • Educate clients about resources and community programs and make referrals • Maintain confidential patient records and diagnostic documentation in the EMR • Submit charges for professional services daily • Provide coverage for colleagues’ absences • Mentor and assist incoming therapists when applicable • Perform other duties as assigned
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other applicable behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university is required • Current Washington Department of Health (WA DOH) independent behavioral health license • Eligible licenses include Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) • Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field required • Experience with severe mental illness • Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, mental health, substance use disorders, interpersonal violence, and social issues • Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred • Ability to deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy, including CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care • Ability to administer clinical assessments including M3, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 • Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety planning, crisis stabilization, and care coordination • Strong clinical documentation, EMR, case/care management, and panel management skills • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to plan, organize, manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently • Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and Medicaid standards
