📋 Description

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content • Review responses to clinical questions and assess medical accuracy and safety • Label AI outputs against clear quality criteria • Create complex, realistic tasks that test frontier AI agents • Develop tasks involving scattered patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning • Build detailed task versions with objective scoring • Write ambiguous task versions to train AI agents with less hand-holding • Contribute to health-focused AI training projects for leading technology companies • Participate in project-based tasks during active project phases

🎯 Requirements

• US-based practicing physician with an MD/DO or related licensed clinical professional • Degree in Medicine, or a degree in a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training including diagnosing and managing medical conditions • Current, valid US license to practice; physician medical license or relevant state license for adjacent roles such as RN, licensed psychologist, or RDN • Active clinical practice • 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience • Strong written English (C1+) • CV submitted in English • Ability to complete tasks by deadlines and meet listed acceptance criteria • Board certification is a plus • Specialists and senior practitioners are welcome

• Paid per accepted task, with rates depending on qualification tier and task-completion efficiency • Effective rate up to the equivalent of $240/hr • Project-based, non-permanent work • Estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
