📋 Description

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated health content for medical accuracy and safety • Review responses to clinical questions and label outputs against quality criteria • Create complex, realistic tasks for frontier AI agents using clinical reasoning and patient data • Build detailed task versions with objective scoring • Write ambiguous task versions designed to train AI agents with less guidance • Contribute to health-focused AI training projects for leading technology companies • Complete and submit accepted tasks during active project phases

🎯 Requirements

• Submit CV in English and indicate level of English proficiency • US-based practicing physician or other licensed clinical professional • Degree in Medicine, or degree in a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training including diagnosing and managing medical conditions • Current, valid US license to practice • Active clinical practice • 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience • Strong written English (C1+) • Board certification is a plus • Tasks must be submitted by deadlines and meet listed acceptance criteria • Specialists and senior practitioners are welcome

• Paid per accepted task • Rate up to the equivalent of $240/hr, depending on qualification tier and task efficiency • Project-based, non-permanent work • Estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
