📋 Description

• Create high-quality web designs for the Tendem project • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or existing drafts • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and developer- or no-code-ready sections • Prepare and securely package production-ready files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specifications • Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and adherence to modern web trends before delivery • Own the look and feel of web-based materials and align them with the broader brand ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers • Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems • Expertise in conversion-driven, pitch-style landing page layouts • Understanding of developer handoff and preparing digital assets for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer • Ability to maintain brand consistency across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks • Structured, user-centric, conversion-minded design approach • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends • Self-directed work ethic and ability to troubleshoot independently • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above, required • CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant web design cases will not be considered
