📋 Description

• End-to-end support of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking projects from conception through successful go-live • Functional responsibility for your own topic/project stream and close collaboration with project management and the team • Analysis of complex customer requirements and development of appropriate solutions based on best practices • Conduct workshops and trainings, perform requirements gathering and effort estimations

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience, ideally in consulting with a focus on HR and/or IT projects • Experience in the HR cloud environment, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors—especially in Time Management / Time Tracking; relevant certification and knowledge of other modules (e.g., Employee Central) are advantageous • Willingness to travel and very good German language skills to serve as a reliable on-site contact for clients
