📋 Description

• At mindsquare, consulting means having real influence from day one • As a Salesforce Business Consultant (m/f/d) you drive projects forward autonomously with direct impact together with the client • You independently manage projects from the initial requirements analysis to a well‑considered solution concept and contribute your ideas • Design and lead workshops, trainings and client interactions that drive real change • Coordinate process optimizations, drive innovation and take responsibility for sustainable project success • Develop junior consultants, strengthen their expertise and help shape the team culture

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of project experience as a Business Analyst or functional Consultant (m/f/d) • Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or an Industry Cloud • Requirements engineering and test management are part of your day‑to‑day work • You deliver trainings and workshops with a compelling presence, inspire participants and achieve sustainable results
