📋 Description

• Shape the digital future as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) – take responsibility in challenging HR projects at mid-sized companies and international large corporations! • Ensure real quality in projects: through careful testing, precise documentation, and independent acceptance of your work packages you make sure every solution works reliably. • Choose your role flexibly in projects – from sub-project lead to specialist advisor – and take responsibility in varied, often large-scale SuccessFactors projects across all industries. • Design tailored solutions, develop innovative concepts, and contribute your ideas at exciting interfaces with SAP HCM. • Work independently from requirements to implementation, coordinate appropriately with customers and the team, and actively drive projects to success.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least three years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects, with at least one year in external client projects; a formal IT degree or specific qualification is not required — your relevant professional experience is what counts for us. • With your expertise in modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding, you implement complex client requirements effectively. • Willingness to travel, flexibility, and very good German language skills make you a reliable contact for on-site clients.
