📋 Description

• You combine HR subject-matter expertise with technological know-how and develop future-ready solutions with customers in the SAP HCM domain. • You identify requirements early, structure complex relationships and translate them into viable solution architectures. • In collaboration with customers and internal teams, you actively shape the solution process from the initial idea to a compelling presentation. • Your responsibilities include: analyzing customer requirements and existing HR processes, and developing appropriate solution architectures in the SAP HCM area; designing and presenting solution scenarios that make functional requirements understandable and tangible; supporting the proposal process by preparing content, estimating effort and clearly positioning the solution; closely collaborating with Sales, Consulting and Delivery to develop comprehensive customer solutions; conducting and moderating workshops, technical design sessions and decision presentations at management level.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience (ideally min. 3 years) in the SAP HCM area, e.g., in consulting, design or implementation • Solid understanding of HR processes and their mapping in SAP HCM • Confident presence and strong presentation and communication skills
