• Manage a team of Registered Guidance Counselors to ensure quality delivery of counseling services • Conduct assigned counseling sessions in a private area with stable internet connection • Ensure that sessions follow company guidelines and protocols • Tagging session status and producing In Session Forms • Informs supervisor of any issues related to sessions • Ensure financial performance and attain profit targets • Develop and submit annual plans and programs for approval • Train and oversee Guidance Counselors, maintaining interactions according to SOPs • Regularly report to management on the status of deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• MA in Guidance Counseling • Professional Regulatory Commission License in Guidance Counseling • At least 2 years of counseling or therapeutic work or internship experience • Understanding of psychological concepts • Good grasp of different therapeutic techniques • A guiding therapeutic theory, system, or framework • Good and clear communication skills • Has experience in a managerial/supervisory position
