📋 Description

• Conduct deliverability tests for new clients to determine email placement • Determine each client's promotional threshold for Gmail's Promotions tab • Configure and deploy client-specific solutions in Klaviyo • Test and iterate solutions until deliverability targets are reached • Run client campaigns as A/B tests and monitor win rates • Experiment with innovative approaches within the company's mechanism • Create and deliver deliverability and A/B test reports to the customer success team • Flag anomalies and deliverability issues early • Communicate progress with the team over Slack • Speak with clients when needed to provide professional support • Achieve a 95% A/B test win rate • Complete and deliver documentation for every test • Keep speed to testing under 3 days for every new client • Learn the mechanism and progress from supervised testing to independent ownership within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, deliverability, or a similar hands-on analytical role • Creativity and proven problem-solving instincts • Thoughtful and methodical working style • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality with multiple client tests running simultaneously • Flexibility to stretch the workday or check in on weekends when needed • Good communication skills • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Gmail, Notion, Slack, or any CRM is a bonus • Fast, reliable laptop and strong internet connection • Willingness to complete a brief skills assessment during the hiring process
