📋 Description

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions • Resolve unique customer concerns, custom product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges • Use internal knowledge bases to answer customer questions • Cross-reference order information, custom design files, inventory tools, and process order adaptations • Document customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM platforms • Identify operational errors and platform friction points • Share insights with Customer Service leadership • Maintain interaction quality, availability, time management, and proactive communication • Collaborate with the Team Supervisor during 1:1s and on-camera video huddles • Work within a small customer service pod and collaborate with cross-functional senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Effective verbal and written English communication required • Experience working with high-end customers and fully owning customer problems • Experience handling inbound contact volume and contact queues • Experience with design-related work and fulfillment, including photo printing and design files • Excellent written communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits • Ability to context-switch between browser tabs and platforms continuously • Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Flexibility to work a set schedule including evenings and weekends • Comfort navigating CRM, order databases, artist design files, and knowledge bases simultaneously • Patience, empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
