📋 Description

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations remotely. • Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans. • Provide ongoing supervision and clinical oversight of behavior technicians, as applicable. • Analyze client data and modify interventions based on progress. • Deliver parent and caregiver training through telehealth sessions. • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable state regulations. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing. • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. • Active Oklahoma ABA License • Experience providing ABA services via telehealth preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Reliable internet connection and private workspace. • 8-hour supervision training based on the BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0)
