• Prepare solicitation documents and manage the procurement process. • Receive, record, and review offers and modifications. • Conduct cost/price analysis, participate in negotiations, and document fair and reasonable pricing. • Maintain official contract files, ensuring compliance with federal and GSA procurement regulations. • Process contractor invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and perform closeout actions. • Manage the placement and administration of both simplified acquisitions and formal contracts. • Handle high-dollar transactions and maintain records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Minimum of 8 years of federal contracting experience, with construction project experience highly desirable. • Preference given to candidates with FAC-C, DAWIA, or GS-1102 certifications. • Bachelor’s degree or procurement certifications required. • U.S. Citizenship required. • Must participate in a federal background investigation.
