📋 Description

• Research and identify potential affiliate partners with mentorship from the marketing team • Support affiliate outreach using structured templates and best practices • Monitor affiliate platforms and track basic partner activity • Prepare weekly performance summaries and interpret affiliate data • Maintain and update CRM records • Conduct competitor research and share strategic insights • Update affiliate-facing marketing materials • Complete structured training sessions and document key learnings • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team • Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts • Draft captions, research hashtags, and tailor content per platform • Support basic community engagement by monitoring comments and messages • Track reach, engagement, and follower growth • Research trends, competitors, and content ideas • Organize media assets and support brand consistency • Document insights related to social strategy and execution • Complete at least one major project contribution within the assigned department • Submit an Internship Completion Report summarizing learning outcomes and contributions

🎯 Requirements

• Current college students or recent graduates in marketing, business, communications, or related fields • Interest in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce growth • Organized, proactive learners eager to build professional skills • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and social platforms • No prior affiliate marketing experience required • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube preferred but not required • Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills preferred but not required • Strong written communication preferred but not required • Interest in marketing analytics and reporting preferred but not required • Availability for 20 hours per week over 16 weeks, with flexible scheduling
