📋 Description

• Support the Blast and Brake Forming areas • Deliver raw materials and components to Blast and Brake forming operators as needed • Remove finished or processed materials from workstations and relocate them to appropriate areas • Transport work sections between staging areas and active workstations • Organize and maintain staging areas with clear job number identification • Clean and clear workstations of debris, preparing them for the next cycle or process • Read and understand work orders, production tags, labels, and basic schematics • Maintain a safety-first, clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment • Anticipate team needs and contribute to continuous improvement and overall production flow • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing support role • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification • Basic math and inventory skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • High School Diploma/GED, Required • Possess basic tools including gear wrenches, impact gun, torque wrenches, metric & standard sockets • Prolonged periods of standing, squatting, kneeling may be necessary • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50lbs • Must be able to read, understand basic schematic/ blueprint • Must be able to communicate effectively using phones or computer software • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the assigned facilities • Must be able to travel between MCG locations as needed, some travel could require overnight stays
