📋 Description

• Own the outcomes of the Credit Line Increase Program and report to the Director, Portfolio Management • Use AI-driven tools to speed up and sharpen analysis • Adjust approaches as customer behavior and the market change • Turn financial data into recommendations that grow the business while managing risk responsibly • Run small market tests and use results to determine future investments • Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and capital markets teams • Guide and mentor analysts working on the program • Develop data-driven strategies and model expected financial impacts to improve underwriting and pricing strategies while ensuring customer success • Design and enhance the customer lifetime value (LTV) model • Present clear recommendations to senior leadership • Advance the testing agenda to build consumer behavior insights and support future growth • Bring strategies to market through cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role • A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a similarly quantitative field, with a strong academic record • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional analytical projects from start to finish • Experience guiding or mentoring other analysts • Comfort working in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis • Ability to travel ~4+ times per year for high quality in-person collaboration • Experience working with credit cards or other consumer lending products (preferred) • Experience helping scale a business in a fast-moving startup environment (preferred) • Strong SQL or Python skills (preferred) • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or Cursor (preferred) • Mission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization
