📋 Description

• Build and scale Mistral's US-based revenue-generating teams • Shape GTM recruitment strategy and operations • Partner with GTM leadership across Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations • Own full-cycle recruitment across AEs, SDRs, Solutions/Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, CS leaders, and RevOps • Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, compensation positioning, and competitive landscape • Translate GTM role requirements into compelling candidate outreach • Source passive and active candidates across US GTM talent pools • Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers • Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines and close candidates • Guide candidates through the hiring process and communicate Mistral's mission, culture, and trajectory • Explain Mistral's AI positioning, GTM motion, growth plans, and role impact • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience • Develop and refine GTM recruiting processes, tools, and documentation • Use data to diagnose pipeline issues and propose solutions • Build and maintain market maps, competitive intelligence, and talent pools • Standardize interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices • Contribute to GTM talent acquisition strategy as the organization scales • Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience • 2+ years in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure company • Focus on Sales and GTM roles • Ability to independently hire across the full GTM stack, from SDRs to senior AEs, Solutions Engineers, and GTM leadership • Deep network and sourcing expertise in US GTM talent markets • Experience in AI/ML, open-source, developer tools, or enterprise software • Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets • Experience working across multiple US markets • Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up • Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence peers and senior GTM stakeholders without direct authority • Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate • Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby • Familiarity with the AI/ML landscape and frontier model capabilities
