📋 Description

• Conduct original research on public policy • Produce forward‑looking analyses suitable for publication • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Provide evidence‑based policy advice • Collaborate with the Evaluation and Communications teams

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in public policy, economics, political science, sociology, or a related field (preferred) • 5 to 8+ years of experience in policy analysis, public‑sector research, strategic planning, or government‑related roles • Proven experience conducting original public policy research to inform strategy and program design • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to policy discussions or public‑facing content • Strong understanding of government decision‑making processes • Excellent writing and communication skills • Comfort working with data and research methods
