• Manage execution of carbon process-related and input sales-related tasks across project regions in Andhra Pradesh • Ensure implementation partners meet targets and execute according to a predefined roadmap • Streamline systems and processes for seamless execution • Train, retrain, and support an approximately 100-person field agent force • Hold field agents and partners accountable and help solve operational problems • Maintain relationships with implementation partners at managerial and execution levels • Strategize solutions with implementation partners based on operational problems • Build and update SOPs and systems to improve performance • Collaborate with agri universities, government bodies, NGOs, KVKs, and Agriculture Departments • Conduct daily standups with operations execution, QA/QC, and implementation partner teams • Build networks of logistics providers and local resources • Coordinate with internal carbon compliance, product, and R&D teams • Oversee execution of the inputs distribution business with the inputs business head and logistics team • Produce daily and weekly performance analytics and provide insights to operations, product, and leadership • Support Science Ops, R&D operations, and agronomic demonstrations • Lead state-level teams, project coordinators, and field agents for on-ground execution • Maintain granular task sheets and project roadmaps • Drive farmer engagement through training, awareness campaigns, and demonstration plots • Oversee procurement, logistics, and distribution of climate-smart agricultural inputs • Ensure field agents follow SOPs and correct deviations quickly • Maintain and improve SOP, training manual, and process repositories • Create data-based marketing materials representing field progress and successes • Create input-market materials, sales pitches, SOPs, and video walkthroughs for field agents
• Passion for climate, agriculture, sustainability, scientific innovation, and impact • Strong and independent task-master ability to design and execute roadmaps • Experience in agri project management • Strong communication skills and composure when dealing with large-scale projects and large teams • Process excellence mindset • People management skills and high cultural sensitivity to motivate rural teams • Ability to anticipate issues and offer solutions • Willingness to travel to fields daily • Ability to understand and engage with agrarian communities, farmers, FPOs, NGOs, and government departments • 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in agri-project management, field extension management, or input distribution/sales • Paddy farming category experience strongly preferred • Proven experience optimizing processes and building systems and strategies for scale • Strong educational background, preferably in agribusiness management, field extension management, operations, or supply chain strategy • Experience managing large field teams of 100–300 people through partner organizations or direct teams • Experience building high-performance cultures, coaching mid-level managers, and creating accountability systems • Ability to create MIS and monitor KPIs at scale • Hands-on experience with Notion, Google Workspace, Excel, Looker Studio, and other project management tools • Experience in multi-district or multi-state program rollouts • Experience implementing QA/QC frameworks, audits, field validation checks, and SOP adherence • Experience generating detailed stakeholder-specific reports and documentation • Experience ensuring compliance with carbon methodologies, government schemes, donor requirements, or agri certification programs • Native fluency in Telugu is required
