📋 Description

• Participate in an eight-week training program focused on the basic tools, knowledge, and understanding of the ticket sales industry • Attend weekly virtual training sessions led by members of the MLB Ticketing Department and sales executives from across MLB • Build knowledge and skills to gain an advantage in interviews for entry-level sales positions • Upon completion, enter the hiring pipeline accessible to MLB and MiLB clubs for future entry-level sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a four-year college or university, community college, trade school, or a recent graduate of any entity • A desire to work in sports beyond the field with a focus on sales • Exceptional interpersonal ability, including being prepared to nurture relationships and manage communications remotely with a wide range of individuals • Intrinsically motivated, reliable, and outstanding work ethic • Strong written and oral communications skills, including the Microsoft Office suite • Ability to attend weekly virtual sessions via Zoom
