📋 Description
• Develop executive talent mapping and research strategies • Build comprehensive talent maps and organizational charts • Conduct deep research across target companies and industries • Create and maintain talent intelligence reports and candidate market analyses • Proactively source executive and senior leadership talent through multiple channels and engage passive candidates • Provide talent market intelligence, competitor analysis, and organizational benchmarking • Collaborate closely with Executive Search Partners and maintain communication regarding pipeline health
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in executive sourcing, executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or retained search • Experience identifying and engaging executive and senior leadership talent across multiple functions and industries • Demonstrated expertise in talent mapping, market research, organizational research, and competitive intelligence • Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels and advanced search methodologies
