• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Certificates of Insurance process and related operational activities • Support onshore and offshore teams with COI questions, issue resolution, and process guidance • Review certificate requests and help ensure accurate handling of coverage requirements and certificate issuance • Read and interpret contracts, insurance requirements, and policy language to support compliant COI processing • Assist with implementation activities, transition support, and project work related to the offshore COI function • Support setup, go-live, and stabilization efforts for transitioned COI work • Assist with developing, maintaining, and updating SOPs, job aids, desk procedures, and knowledge articles for COI processes • Assist in delivering training and knowledge transfer sessions for offshore and onshore team members • Provide ongoing coaching and support to help ensure process consistency, service quality, and operational readiness • Help identify process gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities within COI workflows • Partner with leadership on standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with teammates, servicing teams, and third-party vendors to support client service and operational excellence • Help monitor adherence to established processes, service expectations, and quality standards
• College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience • Property & Casualty Insurance License • Five years of experience within the insurance industry • Experience handling Complex Certificates of Insurance • Ability to read contracts and insurance policies • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products • Ability to work without direct supervision
