📋 Description

• Partner with product, operations, engineering, and commercial teams to identify client decision-support needs • Translate challenging business problems into required data capabilities • Explore new data assets, tools, and techniques to strengthen existing products • Enable new product development and enhanced scientific predictions • Develop data capability requirements and business logic • Create new or derived metrics to capture data relationships • Deliver insights and decision-support solutions • Develop proactive, scalable, and extensible analytical frameworks for quality assurance in production and post-production processes • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with automotive point-of-sale data or in an OEM sales operations or retail planning role as a data analyst or similar analytical + technical role • Bachelor of Science in a quantitative discipline • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries • Skill analyzing large data sets • Strong knowledge of Excel • Experience using visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Currently authorized to work in the United States • Will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work with a globally distributed team across time zones
