📋 Description
• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on pets’ health and well-being • Triage cases using veterinary knowledge, offer recommendations, and ensure accurate information • Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance • Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology • Verify and process prescriptions and ensure appropriate follow-up for client requests • Deliver empathetic client care over chat, phone, and video • Follow protocols while adapting to each unique case • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide feedback to improve processes and systems • Support teams across Virtual Care, Clinic Success, Telemedicine, and Member Success as needed • Work in a fast-paced, continuously learning environment while improving care delivery • Uphold company values of curiosity, integrity, excellence, accountability, and respect
🎯 Requirements
• Successfully completed the VTNE • At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine • Emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required • Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms • Ability to clearly articulate medical information verbally and in writing • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and generate innovative solutions • Ability to manage priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision • Curiosity-driven mindset and eagerness to grow professionally • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Minimum internet requirements: >100mb down, >100mb up, <10ms latency • Comfortable sitting and standing at a computer for extended periods
