📋 Description

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on pets’ health and well-being • Triage medical cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information • Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance • Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology • Verify and process prescriptions and ensure appropriate follow-up for client requests • Deliver empathetic client care over chat, phone, and video • Follow protocols while adapting to unique cases • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and systems • Continuously learn and improve skills to deliver excellent care

🎯 Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician; successfully completed the VTNE • At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine • Emergency and specialty veterinary experience is a plus but not required • Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms • Able to clearly articulate medical information verbally and in writing • Adaptable problem solver who can generate innovative solutions • Able to manage priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision • Curiosity-driven mindset and willingness to grow professionally • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Internet speed greater than 100 Mbps download and upload • Internet latency below 10 ms • Comfortable sitting and standing at a computer for extended periods • Ability to work in one of the listed US states
