📋 Description

• Analyzes and interprets large sets of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Develops and maintains complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations for various business units • Collaborates with business leaders to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations • Designs and implements data models to support business strategies and optimize processes • Supports the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards • Utilizes advanced analytical techniques, including regression analysis and predictive modeling, to address business challenges • Ensures data integrity and accuracy through quality checks and data validation • Presents complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Monitors industry trends and best practices to enhance data analysis techniques • Mentors junior data analysts on complex analytical tasks • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned • May require occasional business travel • Uses approved AI-assisted tools for coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, technical research, and related work; reviews and validates AI-generated outputs and supports AI technology adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required • Seven (7) plus years of experience • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Expertise in data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, regression, and predictive modeling • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices • Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to a variety of audiences • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex business challenges • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Experience in data mining, data cleaning, and data transformation • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
