• Supports Treasury and banking-related projects across the organization. • Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance treasury operations and efficiencies. • Assists with execution of daily cash management activities, including payment processing. • Monitors and analyzes bank and merchant fees, including credit card and cash management expenses. • Monitors Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) activity and updates credit information as needed. • Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinates movement of excess cash between accounts and investments. • Serves as a Treasury liaison and point of contact for bank access and bank account management. • Assists with administration of company and corporate card programs. • Provides information and support related to internal and external audits and ensures compliance with cash management activities. • Initiates and administers wire transfers, ACH transactions, and book transfers. • Maintains positive and effective relationships with depository banking partners. • Supports corporate accounting, tax, financial planning, internal audit, and other departments as related to treasury transactions and entity structures. • Participates in additional projects and duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. • Five (5) plus years of corporate treasury operations experience required. • General overall knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced Corporate Treasury organization preferred. • Proficiency using Kyriba to support treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk activities • Broad treasury operations experience with the ability to support project-based work. • Treasury experience within the healthcare industry preferred. • Ability to apply accounting, finance, and treasury principles effectively. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated integrity and professionalism. • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex financial transactions. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Effective planning, organization, and priority-setting skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and business needs. • Results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
