📋 Description

• Make 20–30 calls per day to potential and existing customers • Qualify customers based on their readiness to purchase, needs, and order volume • Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information in Notion or the CRM • Follow up with inactive or unresponsive customers • Transfer qualified and ready-to-buy customers to the Sales team • Follow the approved sales script and maintain the required communication tone • Submit daily reports covering calls made and qualified leads generated • Track daily calls, qualified leads, lead conversion rate, and data quality and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong and clear communication skills • High level of discipline and consistency in customer follow-up • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment • Previous experience in telephone sales • Experience using CRM systems is an additional advantage
