📋 Description

• Understand and manage project scope as agreed with the client and ensure that it is fully executed by both MS and client • Communicate with clients to facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of virtual events • Create and maintain required project artifacts including project schedule, training materials, project requirements documents, and presentations for various discussions • Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to our clients, team members, and executive team in a timely and clear manner • Continually strive to improve virtual event management processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvement • Understand MS products and how platform updates will impact product set-up

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing & producing virtual events for clients • Strong project management skills • Strong relationship building skills • Experience in pharma or science industries
