📋 Description

• Produce Events (70%) • Work alongside the Virtual Events team to understand the clients’ vision of the event, manage pre-event preparation, live event facilitation, and post-event recording production • Assist with connecting and training presenters on the platform • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise • Clearly and accurately read scripts publicly on live virtual events • Ensure quality audio and video for the live virtual event and recording • Create archive recordings to be used by the client for future trainings • Operational Support (30%) • Maintain accurate quality records and updated SOPs • Build strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and adhering to established timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience facilitating virtual events; Zoom and Adobe Connect preferred • Experience with A/V production tools and techniques, including editing; Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred • Highly technical; aptitude to learn new software quickly and independently • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Fierce attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational skills; project management experience a plus • Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and cultures • Flexible schedule: facilitation of monthly events in European time zones required • Experience in pharma or life science industries preferred
