• Provide personalized telephonic and virtual support to patients prescribed complex therapies • Handle inbound and outbound calls and omnichannel support through email, chat, and text • Build trust-based relationships with patients and caregivers using empathy and emotional intelligence • Provide treatment and therapy instruction and individualized education • Connect patients with additional resources and partner with Field Nurse Educators, HUB/Certified Pharmacy, and other stakeholders • Collaborate within a POD structure to identify gaps, barriers, and process improvement opportunities • Communicate complex information effectively to patients and caregivers • Complete patient engagements accurately according to provided criteria • Identify adherence barriers using a motivational interviewing model • Coach patient initiation and support processes to encourage starting and staying on therapy • Partner with patients, brand, and operational teams to ensure program success • Provide managers with patient, product, and industry feedback • Report adverse events and product quality complaints according to MLS and client policy • Ensure compliance with MLS, client, and industry rules and regulations
• Associate’s degree in nursing with patient education experience • Minimum 2 years of experience working for or contracting with a pharmaceutical company within a call center environment • Current, unrestricted RN or NP license • Background in neurological conditions and/or rare disease • Strong clinical skills and experience with medication compliance, specialty pharmacy knowledge, and motivational interviewing • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders • High emotional intelligence and empathy • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically • Competency navigating virtual engagement platforms, telephony systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Suite, and multiple technical platforms • Advanced written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work through ambiguity • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to maintain cases and complete calls on time • Ability to maintain compliant conversations and documentation in a high-volume role • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and a private home-office environment without distractions • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English • Ability to communicate effectively by hearing, listening, and speaking, with or without reasonable accommodations
