📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with physicians • Identify and engage prospective physician partners • Assess fit for Monarch's membership model • Guide physicians through consultative evaluation process • Support physicians through professional transitions • Generate new opportunities and build partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably selling to physicians. • Experience calling on OB/GYNs, women's health specialists, or primary care physicians strongly preferred. • Demonstrated success prospecting, developing, and closing new business. • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to lead physicians through complex business decisions. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
