📋 Description
• Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building • Stock store shelves and maintain promotional displays • Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo and Ritz in front of in-store employees • Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility • Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays • Order products to ensure in-stock conditions • Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches • Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude in store
🎯 Requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license • Positive and professional attitude • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed) • Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs • Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Montgomery, NY
