📋 Description

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans • Manage and inspire full-time and part-time Merchandisers, including hiring, coaching, and performance development • Ensure rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in stores • Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities • Execute headquarters programs • Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs • Build partnerships with store personnel and deliver service • Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume • Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with Full-Time Order Writers • Design and execute store schedules • Operate within safety and operational guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required • College degree highly preferred • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays • 3-5 years of selling experience • Strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems • Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs. and occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling • Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check • Must be located within 40 miles of the specified territory cities
