📋 Description

• Responsible for managing distributor relationships • Ensuring adequate inventory levels • Executing sales programs • Expanding market presence • Driving revenue growth through effective sales execution • Distributor engagement • Retail development • Monitoring performance metrics to achieve company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Sales manager, sales representative, account coordinator, sales associate • Food and beverage, CPG, retail background • Hands on distributor management, track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas • Hands on negotiation experience (Store level) • Experience in opening new accounts • Exposure to trade marketing, retail execution and POS visibility programs • Data driven performance tracking • Languages: Spanish and English are required
