• Own and manage project timelines from brief through final delivery across multiple workstreams • Build and maintain detailed project estimates, scopes, and budgets; track against actuals • Lead creative resource planning, balancing internal team capacity and freelance/vendor needs • Oversee digital production planning across content types (digital, social, video) from asset management to on-set production planning • Manage asset lifecycle, including usage rights, licensing, renewals, and compliance • Partner with creative, marketing, legal, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; proactively solve to keep projects on track • Develop and track operational KPIs; optimize workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality metrics • Build and cultivate existing and new network of freelancers and partners • Manage bidding, SOWs, and performance of internal designers, freelancers and partners • Ensure proper file management and handoff into DAM systems and final asset repositories • Support post-production processes including editing, versioning, localization, and distribution • Present program status updates for stakeholders and leadership
• 5–8+ years in creative production, project management, or agency operations (in-house experience preferred) • Strong understanding of integrated marketing production (video, digital, social) • Experience with budgeting, estimate development, and resource management • Experience with talent and asset rights management and licensing considerations • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com) and DAM systems • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
