📋 Description

• Convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution • Provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers • Maintain operational consistency, uphold brand standards, and ensure compliance • Execute daily coverage and complete store visits using established standards • Implement promotional displays ensuring compliance with plans • Follow assigned schedules and execute daily priorities • Assist with transitional support for new product launches and seasonal merchandising • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel • Support capability building and assist with onboarding of new team members • Embrace the physical nature of the role while adhering to safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license issued by the state • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
