• Work with Operations leadership to design and implement a change management strategy at the project/program, portfolio, and enterprise levels • Coordinate with delivery teams and enterprise leadership to minimize negative impacts of change using proven Change Management methodologies • Build organizational capabilities to enact change efficiently and effectively with minimal resource abrasion • Design, create, maintain, and continually improve Change Management capabilities • Identify points of conflict or synergy across portfolio projects/programs and enterprise efforts • Own the training strategy for change initiatives, including design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable programs • Partner with executive leadership to deploy change at appropriate intervals to appropriate audiences using project implementation and progress data • Establish cohesive Change Management and communications approaches while minimizing resource abrasion, enhancing retention, and improving message quality • Define sources of truth, tools, standardization, procedures, and roles required to deliver Change Management • Influence stakeholders and drive governance, re-prioritization, and tradeoff discussions • Provide strategic oversight during change implementation by planning communications and training, coordinating resources, and monitoring post-implementation success measures • Communicate progress, performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders across Monogram Health • Develop strong working relationships and credibility across the business
• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in change management, healthcare operations, consulting, or comparable roles • Experience designing, implementing, and governing Change Management • Ability to synthesize complex information and make it simple for key audiences • Demonstrated record of driving outcomes and navigating a fast-paced matrixed environment • Ability to synthesize and publish information to facilitate action-oriented conversations to drive successful change with key stakeholders • Influencing, collaboration, and communication skills are critical across all levels of the organization including with the Senior Leadership Team • ADKAR certified (or similar) preferred
