📋 Description

• Work with the Operations leadership to design and implement a successful change management strategy • Coordinate with all delivery teams and key enterprise leadership to minimize negative impacts of change • Design, create, maintain, and continually improve the organization’s capabilities to enact Change Management • Ensure Change Management Strategy minimizes disruption and abrasion • Own the training strategy for change initiatives • Partner with executive leadership to build processes to ensure timely change deployment • Guide executive operational leadership through a cohesive Change Management and communications approach • Define appropriate sources of truth, tools, standardization, procedures, and roles • Influence stakeholders to ensure successful governance of Change Management Strategies • Provide strategic oversight into the change implementation phase • Ensure consistent communication of progress on change efforts to stakeholders • Develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in change management, healthcare operations, consulting, or comparable roles • Experience designing, implementing, and governing Change Management • Ability to synthesize complex information and make it simple for key audiences • Demonstrated record of driving outcomes and navigating a fast-paced matrixed environment • Ability to synthesize and publish information to facilitate action-oriented conversations to drive successful change with key stakeholders • Influencing, collaboration, and communication skills are critical across all levels of the organization including with the Senior Leadership Team • ADKAR certified (or similar) preferred
