• Reporting to the Director, Workday Architect, the HRIS Analyst will play an important role as a subject matter expert for Workday, with a focus on HCM and Reporting. • Assist with the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions that support a growing and global workforce. • Translate business needs into system requirements and deliver clean, scalable solutions that improve how we work. • Configure Workday modules, including HCM and Compensation and Reporting and manage business processes to match company policies. • Design, develop, and test standard and custom reports, dashboards and hubs in Workday across various modules, to provide actionable data insights. • Conduct regular system audits, perform data analysis and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information. • Act as the main point of contact for Workday helpdesk tickets. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. • Develop and deliver job aids and training to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices. • Stay current with Workday releases and new features, assessing their applicability and implementing relevant enhancements. • Prepare and deliver regular reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders. • Assist with other HRIS projects as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting tools such as Advanced Reporting, Matrix Reporting, Composite Reports, calculated fields, and EIB’s. • Possess a solid understanding of Workday’s HCM module, Business Processes, and Security Framework preferred. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions. • Proven experience with HR or Finance business processes. • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. • High attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Customer service focus with a high sense of urgency.
